What is Uberhaus? |

Uberhaus is Singapore 's FIRST & ONLY Lifestyle Privilege Program dedicated to maximising the campus lives of tertiary students with the most exclusive privileges and hottest parties in town.
It comprises of both an Uberhaus Lifestyle Pass a.k.a. UberPass , which you can simply flash at partnering merchant outlets to enjoy exclusive privileges, and an online portal where you can enjoy even more exclusivity in the form of e-vouchers and invites to the hottest events and parties.

What is the Uberhaus Lifestyle Pass (UberPass)? |
|
|
The UberPass is a magnetic pass, which flips out to reveal privileges from all partnering merchants. It is extremely compact enough for you to carry around in your wallets or handbags, saving you the trouble of searching for offers every time you want to shop, dine or party.

Where can I get it? |
|
|
You can get one from our appointed distributors located island-wide from 2nd May onwards. The list of appointed distributors will be posted online, as well as emailed to all registered members before 1st May.
Alternatively, you can send a cheque for $10 to “Inno Ads” at:

Please include your name, contact number, mailing address at the back of the cheque. We will mail an UberPass to you within a week of receiving the cheque.

How much does it cost? |

The Uberhaus Lifestyle Pass is sold at $10 each at appointed distribution points
|

5. |
Is the UberPass transferable? |
|
|
Yes. You can pass the UberPass to your friends and relatives to use, given that they are also tertiary students.
|

6. |
Is there an expiry date for UberPass? |
|
|
The current edition of UberPass will expire on 30 th Sept 2006.
|

7. |
What happens when my UberPass expires? |
|
|
You can get a new edition of the UberPass from our appointed distributors by 1st October 2006. Alternatively, you can also order from our website from September 2006 onwards where a new online payment system will be set up.

Can I still enjoy privileges without the UberPass? |
|
|
If you do not have the UberPass, you will still be able to access the online services such as e-vouchers, events, contests, job listings and classifieds as a registered member of the Uberhaus online portal.
However, part of the e-vouchers and events are only meant exclusively for UberPass holders.

9. |
How will I be notified of new promotions? |
|
|
We will send out a monthly e-newsletter to all registered Uberhaus members at the end of each month. It will include all the latest promotions, including new partnering merchants and their offers, upcoming events and parties as well as the newest e-vouchers.
You will also be updated via SMS and/or email for promotions and events which are more immediate.

Why can't I access the e-voucher and contest sections? |
|
|
